Once homeless and living in a women’s refuge with three children, Penny has built a business empire in the UK and South Africa that features the leading independent medical staffing agency and a premium hospitality and vineyard business. This includes Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens and Mannings Heath Golf and Wine Estate in Sussex and a vineyard and residential estate at Benguela Cove near Cape Town.
